Terms for using College to Career

Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company operating College to Career. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing an assessment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Age and guardian permission

You must be at least 13 to use College to Career. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If you purchase for or submit information about a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or have authority to do so.

What the service provides

College to Career is an educational planning tool. It uses interview evidence and public data to identify possible careers, majors, colleges, tradeoffs, and next steps. Results are not professional admissions, financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and they are not a promise of admission, aid, licensure, employment, salary, or satisfaction.

College, program, labor-market, licensing, cost, and admissions information can change. You are responsible for verifying important decisions directly with colleges, licensing authorities, employers, and current official sources.

Payment and refunds

The full assessment is sold as a one-time digital service at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Your account and answers

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing information you are authorized to share. You retain ownership of your answers. You grant us a limited license to process them only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, scrape or copy the service at scale, interfere with operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, probe security without written authorization, or use outputs to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.

Intellectual property

College to Career’s software, design, original text, scoring methods, and reports are owned by System Analytics LLC or its licensors. You may use a purchased report for personal and family educational planning. Public government data remains subject to its source terms and is not claimed as our property.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may correct errors, update data or methods, suspend abusive access, or modify features. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a paid assessment, the Refund Policy applies.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, System Analytics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made solely from the service. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid assessment will not exceed the amount you paid for that assessment. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may provide additional rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
