Who operates this service

College to Career is operated by System Analytics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“College to Career,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@systemanalytics.net.

Information we collect

• Profile and interview information: answers about interests, abilities, school history, location, goals, preferences, constraints, fears, and hopes that you choose to provide.
• Account information: identifiers and contact information supplied through Clerk when you create or use an account.
• Payment information: transaction status, amount, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Stripe processes card details; we do not store complete card numbers.
• Usage and technical information: feature use, approximate network information, device or browser information, error records, and security events. Rate-limit records use a one-way network-address hash where implemented.
• Free-preview information: preview answers and generated results associated with a random anonymous session.

How we use information

We use information to conduct the interview; build, save, and explain career, major, and college paths; process payment and access; provide support; protect the service; diagnose failures; measure product use; and meet legal obligations. We do not use interview answers to make admissions or employment decisions.

Services that process information

We use service providers to operate College to Career: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment, Turso for application data, Vercel for hosting and operational logs, OpenAI for language-model features, and an error-monitoring provider for production diagnostics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business reorganization.

Selling and advertising

We do not sell individual student profiles or interview answers. We do not use interview answers for third-party behavioral advertising.

Retention

Free-preview answers and results are designed to expire within 24 hours. Paid assessment records remain available so an authenticated customer can pause and return, until the customer deletes them or asks us to do so. We retain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, support, and legal records only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Service-provider backups may retain deleted information temporarily until they cycle out under normal backup schedules.

Children and teenagers

College to Career is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users ages 13 through 17 may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A purchaser providing information about a minor represents that they are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or have authority to provide the information.

If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it. Parents and guardians may request access to or deletion of a minor’s information.

Your choices and deletion rights

You may correct answers during the interview. The authenticated Start over action permanently deletes the saved assessment transcript and plan before beginning a new assessment. For account-wide access, correction, or deletion, follow the data deletion instructions or email us from the address associated with the account.

Security and sensitive information

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no online system is completely secure. Do not provide passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, complete medical records, or other information the assessment does not request.

United States processing and policy changes

College to Career is operated in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service.
