Delete an assessment or request account-wide removal

You can erase a saved assessment yourself or ask us to remove the personal information connected to your account.

Delete a saved assessment now

Sign in, open the assessment, and choose Start over. The service deletes the saved assessment transcript and plan before opening a clean interview. This action cannot be undone.

Request account-wide deletion

Email info@systemanalytics.net from the email address associated with your College to Career account. Use the subject “Data deletion request.” If a parent or guardian is requesting deletion for a minor, explain that relationship. Do not include passwords, card numbers, or identity documents unless we specifically request a safer verification method.

Verification and timing

We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will tell you if more time is reasonably required.

What may remain

We may retain limited payment, refund, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records when reasonably necessary or legally required. Service-provider backups may retain deleted information temporarily until they cycle out under normal backup schedules. Deletion does not automatically create a refund; see the Refund Policy.
